About Me

I’m Charles Shapiro, Residential Sales Trainer, REALTOR®, and a Co-Owner of Renanza Realty. I’ve been licensed in British Columbia for over 16 years, working with four different brokerages during my career. Many agents ask, “Why have you changed brokerages so many times?”. The truth is, I never felt like I was part of a brokerage that truly aimed to help me become a better and more successful agent. It always felt like I was there to pay my office fees and help the company stay afloat, offering minor support and empty promises such as; lead generation and mentorship.

When Aaron Wong, founder and Managing Broker of Renanza Realty, told me he was starting a new brokerage with the mission, “If our agents are successful, we will be successful too,” I knew I had to join him. Now, five years later, we’ve grown from a small boutique brokerage to a company with over 70 agents in Vancouver, with expansion into Alberta, Ontario, and Mexico.
